Shipping and Pickup Policy

At this stage, Burleigh Bones operates as a pickup only service from our Burleigh Heads store. As we grow, our goal is to introduce home delivery and wholesale options, so watch this space!

Pickup hours
Monday to Thursday: 5am – 1pm
Friday: 5am – 12pm

How it works

1. Place your order online
2. We'll notify you by phone or email once your order is ready for collection
3. Drive to our store, no need to get out of the car. We'll bring your order straight to your boot

Same day collection
Need it today? Contact us on 0410 772 648 or hello@burleighbones.com.au before ordering, and we'll let you know if your requested products are available for same day collection.

Packaging
Raw food is frozen and sealed for safe transport. Your entire order will be boxed and ready to load straight into your car.

Minimum order
There's no minimum order quantity. Order as much or as little as you need.
