Shipping & Pickup Policy

At this stage, Burleigh Bones operates as a pickup-only service from our Burleigh Heads facility. As we grow, our goal is to introduce home delivery and wholesale options — so watch this space!

5/19 Central Drive, Burleigh Heads, QLD 4220

Pickup hours
Monday – Thursday: 5:30am – 1:00pm
Friday: 4:30am – 12:00pm

How it works

1. Place your order online
2. We'll notify you by phone or email once your order is ready for collection
3. Drive to our factory — no need to get out of the car. We'll bring your order straight to your boot

Same-day collection
Need it today? Contact us on 0410 772 648 or hello@burleighbones.com.au before ordering, and we'll let you know if your requested products are available for same-day collection.

Packaging
Raw food is frozen and sealed for safe transport. Dry food and snacks are pre-packaged. Your entire order will be boxed and ready to load straight into your car.

Minimum order
There's no minimum order quantity — order as much or as little as you need.
